First grade went to the Nokomis Public Library to have a story and lesson about America turning 250 years old this year. We created our own flag, listened to stories, and helped plant red, white, and blue flowers in the garden. #NOKOPROUD

Montgomery CEO held their annual Trade Show tonight! Congratulations to Grace King, Riley Reynolds, and Andrew Suslee, as they successfully displayed their personal businesses! Congrats to Grace for being presented with a Patton & Co Scholarship and Riley for receiving the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award! Also, Maliah Harris and Fallon Knodle were introduced as members of next year's Montgomery CEO class!

Congratulations to Levi German and Dominic Hammond for competing at the District 4 FFA Public Speaking Contest! Levi placed 2nd in varsity extemporaneous and will advance to the state competition! Dom placed 1st in JV extemporaneous!
Competing at districts is similar to competing in sectionals, and public speaking is one of the hardest contests to compete in.
