MEETINGS:
Student Council October Committee will have a meeting on Thursday October 8th during study hall.
Please make sure to check in with your Study Hall teacher to let them know you will not be in class
IMPORTANT INFO
If you have a Homecoming Banner in the Cafeteria, please be sure to remove it before Friday!
FFA members will be passing out snack packs to farmers working in the field this Saturday starting at 10 am. If you can help please sign up in one of the Ag rooms. If it rains a lot, we will do it Monday and Tuesday after school.
The Spring Musical will be announced October 5th! You can hunt for clues every day next week all over the high school, and put your guess in the bucket by Mrs. DeWerff's office. Everyone is welcome to participate. One guess per person, and the first correct guess wins a prize! Keep your eyes peeled for clues.
SENIORS If you purchased a class shirt, please turn in your money to Mrs. King as soon as possible.
SENIORS: Please send your senior photo and baby photo to either Mr. Moreland or Isabella Lyons. Please do not send screenshots!
For those who are here for practices after school, there will be NO PARKING on the concrete/sidewalks from this point further.
Students should now be parking in their assigned spots! If you DO NOT have a parking spot yet, DO NOT park in someone else's parking spot. Please park in the sophomore lot and grab a parking permit from the office! Parking Permits are still available in the High School office, permits are now $15 this year.
The Catholic Youth group, SLYME, will meet at 5 pm on Oct. 11th for the Fall event. There will be games, food, prayer, and a hay ride. All are welcome!
Please check the church bulletin or the SLYME group chat for the address.
Beginning Monday, October 5th- second chance breakfast will be grab and go items only (poptarts, cheese sticks, granola bars, etc..) if you would like a hot breakfast, you will need to eat before the 1st bell at 8:17
National Honor Society is hosting a blood drive on Friday November 6th from 9 am to 2 pm. Anyone age 16 and older is eligible to donate. Please sign up online at https://login.bloodcenter.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/149269. Successful donors will receive a gift card! If NHS receives more than 20 successful donations, we will receive a scholarship to award at the end of the year. Anyone 16 years old must have a parent permission form filled out and turned in prior to donating. See Mrs. Gillespie for the form
REMINDERS:
High School students SHOULD NOT be in the Jr. High bathrooms.
If you are sick and need to go home, please come to the office. Students texting parents to go home while cell phones are to be away, will result in a violation.
Students should not be using a personal laptop or Ipad. Students should only be using their school issued Chromebook.
If you need to use a vapor stick for sinus relief, please bring it to the office with a parent note from home. Students are not allowed to use them in class and it will be confiscated.

GAME DAY!:
Saturday, October 3rd the Redskins Varsity Football team will travel to Fisher, game begins at 1:00 pm!
Bus will leave around 9:30 am
Soccer travels to Greenville on Saturday, October 3rd for a match beginning at 11:00am!

(2nd chance breakfast is available to students after their 1st/6th hour class. High School will be in the Cafeteria. If you have already had breakfast for the day, you will be charged for a 2nd breakfast)
If you would like a salad for lunch, please let the kitchen know by the day before or 9am the day of.
Students will not be allowed in the kitchen or use the kitchen microwave.

Fees should be paid in the office ASAP. If they are not paid please get them in.
An updated sports physical AND athletic fees must be on file and paid before any athletes can participate in games.
