6th and 7th grade Character Education classes made Valentines Day Cards for the residents of the Prairie Rose Rehabilitation Center in Pana. They also provided Hershey Kisses. The residents were so thankful. #sharethelove #NOKOPROUD
Nokomis National Honor Society along with the NHS Cheerleaders were able to present a check to the Montgomery County Cancer Association for just over $2100. We are proud to donate the proceeds from the Fight Against Cancer Activities to this organization that does so much for those in our community. #NOKOPROUD

The kindness challenge Mrs. Heldebrandt's 3rd Grade Class pulled today was "Do Something to Brighten Someone's Day!" So be on the look out when you drop in Ugly Mug's in Nokomis this month! Lot's of fun designs will help brighten your day! Ask your student's what their kindness challenge was in their classroom today! As part of the JH/HS school-wide Capturing Kids' Hearts Community Volunteer project, each Character Education/Advocacy class is scheduled to volunteer at Nokomis Christian Missions. Today, Mrs. Mehochko's Advocacy class volunteered. 💙 #NOKOPROUD

JH Volleyball tonight at Pana has been cancelled. The makeup game will be February 27th at Pana starting at 6pm with 7th grade and 8th grade to follow.
CONGRATULATIONS to the HS Girls' Basketball team on being MSM Conference CHAMPIONS!!!! They defeated South County last night 45-29 to clinch the title. The team went undefeated in the conference with a 7-0 record and also holds the Traveling Trophy. 🏀🔴⚫️ #NOKOPROUD
