The Nokomis Medical Group is conducting physicals at the High School in the old gym for any athlete that still needs a physical for the up coming sports season. No appointment needed. Fee is $25. The will be here from 9 am to 1 pm.
Check out the NJHS 6th Grade Back to School Night information. Informational letters were recently mailed home. An alternate time of 2pm on the 11th has been set up for softball players/other 6th graders that are not able to attend. Call the JH office with questions. #NOKOPROUD

This message is for any athlete looking to play Golf. The initial meeting is at the Ramsey Jr. High School on Wednesday August 4th at 6 pm. The coach will cover paperwork, fees, practice times, and schedule.

Parents of athletes- Nokomis medical group will be conducting physicals on Wednesday July 28 from 9am to 6pm and on Wednesday August 4 from 9am to 1pm.
Physicals are $25, no appointment needed. Both dates will be at the high school.
This is a reminder for the parents of Jr High and High School athletes that did not make the first meeting. We will have the second meeting Monday July 19th at 6:30 pm in the new gym. Bring your athlete for signing paperwork.
