Golf conditioning will begin Monday, July 25th at 5pm by the ball field. Conditioning is strongly required, but not part of the required practices. Please call Ramsey High School
The onsite sports physicals on Wednesday July 27th have been canceled. The Pana Medical Group will be giving me information about getting your physical at their locations. I will provide the information at the meeting tomorrow night.

Nokomis CUSD22 and Pana Medical group will conduct School and Sports physicals onsite July 27th. The team will be here from 9am-12 and 1-2pm. The fee is $25 per physical. The school physical will count for your sports physical.

Last week was the Section 19 Livestock Fair at the Fayette County Fairgrounds. FFA members have worked hard to get their animals in shape and ready to show. Nokomis was well represented and members placed very well in their areas! Great job to all! #NOKOPROUD
